Michael Cyra
Lead Architect
Michael is a registered architect with experience working on a range of high-end residential projects across New Zealand. Having been part of design teams delivering homes at the upper end of the market, he brings a strong understanding of how to shape spaces that feel refined, functional and well resolved.
When it came time to design and build his own home, Michael took a different approach, engaging Todd early in the process. With build input shaping decisions from the outset, the project remained grounded, practical and aligned from design through to delivery.
That experience formed the foundation of Curated Living, a more connected way of working where design and construction are considered together from the start.
Todd Farrow
Construction Manager
With over 20 years in construction, Todd brings a depth of experience across complex, high-quality residential projects. Over the last decade, he has built a portfolio of architect-led homes, working with some of New Zealand’s leading architects to deliver carefully detailed builds.
This experience has given Todd a clear understanding of where projects can lose alignment between design and delivery, particularly when builder input is introduced too late. His approach focuses on early involvement, practical insight and consistent oversight through construction.
